Pangkalpinang, PerkaraNews.com – Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel) mencatat, pada Januari 2023, gabungan dua kota di Kep. Babel yakni Pangkalpinang dan Tanjungpandan mengalami inflasi tahun ke tahun atau year on year (y-o-y) sebesar 4,94 persen dengan indeks harga konsumen (IHK) 114,96.
“Tingkat inflasi bulanan atau month to month (m-t-m) sebesar 0,55 persen dan tingkat inflasi tahun kalender atau year to date (y-t-d) juga sebesar 0,55 persen,” jelas Ahli Madya BPS Babel Hadi Surono pada rilis, Rabu (1/2/2023).
Hadi juga memaparkan, inflasi y-o-y di Kota Pangkalpinang sebesar 4,68 persen dan deflasi m-t-m sebesar 0,10 persen, dengan IHK 113,55. Inflasi y-o-y di Kota Tanjungpandan sebesar 5,38 persen dan inflasi m-t-m sebesar 1,71 persen, dengan IHK 117,52.
“Inflasi y-o-y gabungan dua kota di Babel bulan ini terjadi karena adanya peningkatan indeks pada hampir seluruh kelompok pengeluaran, yaitu: kelompok makanan, minuman dan tembakau sebesar 2,93 persen,” tuturnya.
Lalu, lanjut Hadi, kelompok pakaian dan alas kaki sebesar 1,37 persen; kelompok perumahan, air, listrik, dan bahan bakar rumah tangga sebesar 4,45 persen, kelompok perlengkapan, peralatan dan pemeliharaan rutin rumah tangga sebesar 2,59 persen, kelompok kesehatan sebesar 1,21 persen, kelompok transportasi sebesar 15,18 persen, kelompok rekreasi, olahraga dan budaya sebesar 3,10 persen.
Kemudian, kelompok pendidikan sebesar 1,06 persen, kelompok penyediaan makanan dan minuman/restoran sebesar 6,90 persen, serta kelompok perawatan pribadi dan jasa lainnya sebesar 7,45 persen. Sementara itu kelompok yang mengalami penurunan indeks hanya kelompok informasi, komunikasi, dan jasa keuangan sebesar 0,31 persen.
“Andil inflasi y-o-y gabungan dua kota di Babel ini utamanya disumbang oleh komoditas bensin, angkutan udara, dan rokok kretek filter. Sementara andil inflasi m-t-m utamanya disebabkan oleh komoditas beras, daging ayam ras, dan bawang merah,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut, dia menuturkan, Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) turun 1,16 persen dengan indeks sebesar 124,10. Indeks harga yang diterima petani (It) sebesar 145,16 (turun 0,48 persen) dan indeks harga yang dibayar petani (Ib) sebesar 116,97 (naik 0,69 persen).
“Nilai Tukar Usaha Rumah Tangga Pertanian (NTUP) turun 0,48 persen dengan indeks sebesar 118,65. Dan Indeks Konsumsi Rumahtangga (IKRT) naik 0,93 persen dengan indeks sebesar 115,33. Persentase perubahan terbesar terjadi di kelompok makanan, minuman, dan tembakau yakni mencapai 1,55 persen,” paparnya lagi.
Kemudian sektor pariwisata, hotel berbintang pada Desember 2022 untuk jumlah tamu ada sebanyak 47.632 orang, naik 14,19 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya. TPK hotel bintang sebesar 36,99 persen naik 1,75 poin dibanding bulan sebelumnya.
“Rata-rata lama tamu menginap 1,81 hari (bulan sebelumnya 1,77 hari),” tuturnya.
Sementara transportasi angkutan laut jumlah penumpang berangkat sebanyak 32,73 ribu orang (naik 52,06 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya). Sedangkan jumlah penumpang datang ada 39,01 ribu orang (naik 31,19 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya).
“Jumlah barang muat 821,59 ribu ton (naik 6,16 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya). Jumlah barang bongkar 352,05 ribu ton (turun 28,48 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya),” terangnya.
Dan transportasi angkutan udara, jumlah penumpang berangkat Bandara Depati Amir sebanyak 51,94 ribu orang (naik 9,01 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya). Jumlah penumpang berangkat H.A.S Hanandjoeddin 29,02 ribu orang (naik 15,01 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya).
“Jumlah penumpang datang Depati Amir 55,27 ribu orang (naik 10,18 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya), dan jumlah penumpang datang H.A.S Hanandjoeddin 28,86 ribu orang (naik 16,15 persen dibanding bulan sebelumnya),” sebutnya.
BPS Babel mencatat ekspor Desember 2022 US$190,37 juta, naik 48,55 persen dibandingkan November 2022. Namun turun 40,09 persen dibandingkan Desember 2021. Untuk impor Desember 2022 senilai US$8,03 juta, turun 123,99 persen dibandingkan November 2022, naik 66,06 persen dibandingkan Desember 2021.
