JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Drama hukum kembali memanas di ruang sidang Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat Kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan gerobak UMKM di Kementerian Perdagangan RI periode 2018–2019 resmi memasuki babak krusial.
Dalam sidang yang berlangsung di ruang sidang Wiryono Projodikoro I Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (19/8/2025). dengan agenda pembacaan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU), dua terdakwa utama, Mashur dan Bambang Widiyanto, harus mendengar tuntutan hukuman.
JPU membacakan tuntutan kepada para terdakwa, Terdakwa Mashur dituntut 7 tahun penjara, denda Rp500 juta subsider 6 bulan, serta membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp1,086 miliar, subsider 4 tahun kurungan.
Sementara Bambang Widiyanto justru lebih berat, dirinya dituntut 8 tahun penjara, denda Rp500 juta subsider 6 bulan, serta membayar uang pengganti sebesar Rp10,661 miliar subsider 4 tahun kurungan.
JPU dengan tegas menyebut bahwa para terdakwa terbukti melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1) jo Pasal 18 UU No. 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tipikor yang telah diperbarui dengan UU No. 20 Tahun 2001, juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
“Terdakwa Bambang terbukti bersalah dan meyakinkan untuk mempertanggungjawabkan segala perbuatannya, atas perkara pidana korupsi ini,” tegas JPU di ruang sidang.
Kasus ini menjadi sorotan lantaran proyek yang sejatinya ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku UMKM lewat pengadaan gerobak, justru berujung pada dugaan praktik korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara hingga miliaran rupiah.
