PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), Sugito, menyampaikan Laporan Keterangan Pertanggungjawaban (LKPJ) akhir masa jabatan di hadapan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Babel. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Sugito memaparkan berbagai capaian dan tantangan yang dihadapi selama menjabat
Sugito menjelaskan bahwa penyampaian LKPJ ini dilakukan tepat waktu, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, yaitu tiga bulan sebelum tahun berjalan setelah akhir tahun anggaran.
“Alhamdulillah, kita eksekutif sesuai dengan timing tadi, tepat kita juga di bulan Maret sudah bisa menyampaikan di DPRD ini,” ujarnya.
Dalam laporan tersebut, Sugito menyoroti beberapa tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh Provinsi Babel, antara lain:
* Perekonomian Daerah: APBD Babel mengalami defisit, sehingga diperlukan terobosan-terobosan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian daerah.
* Kemiskinan: Diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah provinsi, kabupaten, hingga level desa untuk mengatasi masalah kemiskinan.
“Ya soal tadi di dalam laporan itu sebenarnya tak katakan tadi yang tantangan kita soal bagaimana perekonomian di kita. APBD kita juga mengalami defisit yang tentunya perlu juga terobosan-terobosan. Kemudian soal kemiskinan, sinergi antara pemerintah provinsi, kabupaten sampai pada level desa. Dan tentunya itu kalau bisa dilakukan persoalan-persoalan yang ada tadi segera bisa kita atasi bersama,” jelasnya.
Selain tantangan, Sugito juga menyampaikan berbagai capaian yang diraih selama masa jabatannya, termasuk penghargaan-penghargaan dari pemerintah pusat terkait daya saing daerah.
Transisi Kepemimpinan dan Sinergi
Sugito juga menyinggung tentang transisi kepemimpinan di Provinsi Babel, setelah Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) memutuskan hasil pemilihan gubernur. Ia menekankan pentingnya menghormati hasil demokrasi dan bersinergi untuk membangun daerah.
“Karena saat ini sudah terpilih gubernur terpilih, artinya gubernur terpilih sudah diputuskan oleh MK, artinya apapun itulah pemimpin kita, siapapun beliau, artinya harus kita hormati. Dan harus kita akui bahwa itu adalah penerus estafet kepemimpinan di Kepulauan Bangka Blitong. Jadi sudah tidak perlu lagi polemik-polemik yang lain-lain-lain, ini intinya hasil demokrasi sudah memutuskan ini. Semuanya harus bersinergi, gayung bersambut untuk berkolaborasi membangun negeri serumpun sebalik ini. Dan sebagai komandannya adalah gubernur nanti yang mungkin akan sebentar lagi dilantik,” tegasnya.
Sugito juga menyampaikan pamitan, mengingat masa jabatannya sebagai Pj Gubernur akan berakhir setelah pelantikan gubernur terpilih.
“Saya selaku penjabat gubernur, tentu berakhirnya nanti begitu dilantik, berarti selesai tugasnya penjabat gubernur. Makanya sekaligus saya tadi menyampaikan pamitan, barangkali ini dalam waktu dekat segera ada pelantikan dan ini adalah paripurna yang terakhir saya di DPRD Kepulauan Bangka Belitung,” tuturnya.(Yuko)
