PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Surat Edaran (SE) Gubernur Bangka Belitung (Babel) Nomor 903/0042/Bakuda tentang Tindak Lanjut Inpres Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 menuai polemik. Namun, Pj Gubernur Babel, Sugito, meluruskan bahwa SE tersebut bukan untuk memangkas anggaran pelayanan publik. Minggu,(23/2)
Menurut Sugito, SE ini dikeluarkan sebagai langkah antisipatif terhadap substansi yang diatur dalam Inpres Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 dan juga pengurangan dana transfer umum bidang pekerjaan umum dari pemerintah pusat sebesar Rp20,9 miliar.
“SE ini sebagai langkah antisipatif awal dan dalam prosesnya masih dalam pembahasan dengan DPRD dan belum dieksekusi dalam APBD TA 2025,” jelas Sugito dalam pesan Wa
Dalam SE tersebut, Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) diminta untuk melakukan tagging mandiri atas efisiensi belanja yang memang diamanatkan oleh Inpres Nomor 1 Tahun 2025. Sugito menegaskan bahwa baik di SE maupun di Inpres tidak ada amanat untuk menghapus kegiatan/sub kegiatan, terutama untuk pelayanan umum kepada masyarakat dan kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah.
Realisasi dari SE ini masih menunggu SE yang akan dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan Kementerian Keuangan. Sugito menambahkan bahwa SE ini sebagai langkah awal dalam mengaplikasikan Inpres Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 dalam APBD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung tahun 2025.
