Ratusan Masyarakat Lambow Kelapa Tolak Perampasan Lahan untuk Program Peternakan Sapi Pemkab Bangka Barat yang Gagal

BANGKA BARAT,PERKARANEWS.COM – Ratusan masyarakat Lambau, Kelurahan Kelapa, Bangka Barat menggelar aksi damai menolak perampasan lahan mereka. Lahan tersebut rencananya akan digunakan untuk program peternakan dan penggemukan sapi yang telah dianggarkan sejak tahun 2017.

Program yang awalnya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan populasi ternak di Bangka Barat ini kini berubah menjadi polemik. Sekelompok petani yang memiliki surat kepemilikan lahan di Lambau mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN) Pangkalpinang pada tahun 2024.

Tim PTUN Pangkalpinang pun turun langsung ke lokasi pada Rabu (26/2) untuk melakukan sidang lapangan. Sidang ini dihadiri oleh penggugat, tergugat, dan kuasa hukum dari kedua belah pihak.

Salah satu staf Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) yang ditemui di lokasi mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya belum pernah menerbitkan sertifikat terkait lahan Lambau. Menurutnya, sertifikat yang diterbitkan oleh BPN hanya untuk sekolah dan kantor milik Pemerintah Provinsi Bangka Belitung.

“Kami dari BPN tidak pernah mengeluarkan sertifikat atas lahan Lambow seluas 100 hektar tersebut hingga sekarang,” ungkap Ibnu Hajar kepada awak media saat sidang lapangan.

Pada tahun 2017, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Barat berencana menindaklanjuti kerja sama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam bidang peternakan sapi. Namun, program ini akhirnya gagal dilaksanakan karena terkendala masalah lahan di Lambow.

Hakim PTUN Pangkalpinang bahkan sempat mengeluarkan nada tinggi kepada Kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Balai Pertanian Kelapa, Zahroni. Hal ini dikarenakan Zahroni tidak dapat menunjukkan tapal batas lahan Lambau.

“Saya mau tanya, mana tapal batas lahan Lambau, jangan asal tunjuk aja, harus ada buktinya,” kata Hakim PTUN Pangkalpinang. Surya Febri Tias dengan nada tinggi.

Kepala UPTD Balai Pertanian Kelapa, Zahroni pun terlihat tidak berkutik ketika Hakim PTUN Pangkalpinang turun ke Lambau. Ia tidak dapat menunjukkan bukti secara akurat terkait klaim sepihak atas lahan milik warga.

Kasus ini menjadi sorotan masyarakat Bangka Barat. Mereka berharap agar masalah perampasan lahan ini dapat segera diselesaikan secara adil dan transparan.(Yuko)
