PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Organisasi Islam terbesar di Indonesia, Muhammadiyah memperingati milad yang ke-112. Organisasi yang didirikan oleh KH. Ahmad Dahlan ini lahir pada 8 Dzulhijjah 1330 Hijriah atau bertepatan dengan 18 November 1912. Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Bangka Tengah menggelar perayaan miladnya di SMP Muhammadiyah Koba, Sabtu (21/12/2024).
Dengan mengusung tema ‘Menghadirkan Kemakmuran untuk Semua’, acara ini juga banyak menampilkan penampilan dari anak-anak TK Aisyiah Koba, pembacaan dan tasmik Qur’an dari murid SMP Muhammadiyah, penyerahan sembako untuk masyarakat kurang mampu serta pemberian beasiswa bagi siswa berprestasi dan hatam Qur’an.
Bupati Bangka Tengah, Algafry Rahman, yang menyempatkan hadir pada kegiatan ini mengatakan, bahwa Muhammadiyah merupakan sebuah organisasi yang besar dan merupakan wadah dalam mencetak generasi islam di Indonesia.
“Muhammadiyah itu besar, sudah ada di seluruh Indonesia sampai ke luar negeri. Oleh karena itu, Muhammadiyah merupakan salah satu pencetak generasi emas yang islami di Indonesia,” ucapnya.
Dirinya juga menyebutkan, Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi yang kaya karena mampu membuat rumah sakit dan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia.
“Muhammadiyah itu punya universitas, punya rumah sakit bahkan bisa bangun universitas sampai ke Papua. Makanya Muhammadiyah kaya akan aset berharga untuk pembangunan negeri ini dan terbukti mampu bergerak hingga 112 tahun,” lanjut Algafry.
Menurutnya, Muhammadiyah akan selalu eksis di Indonesia karena gerakan Organisasi Islam ini sudah mengakar dan memiliki kader-kader yang luar biasa yang tercipta dari Muhammadiyah.
“Ada Wakil Menteri RI yang sekarang dari Muhammadiyah, tokoh-tokoh penting banyak juga yang berasal dari Muhammadiyah. Jadi Muhammadiyah akan selalu eksis karena kaderasi yang baik dan akar yang sudah kuat,” ungkapnya.
Di akhir sambutannya, Algafry mengucapkan selamat milad kepada Muhammadiyah yang ke-112 dan berharap Muhammadiyah dapat terus memberikan kemaslahatan untuk masyarakat di Bangka Tengah.
