“Sesampainya di rumah, saya kasih ibu saya, bahwa saya lulus. Ibu sangat senang, lalu saya bilang, nanti jauh dari mama gimana, disitu mama nangis lalu saya juga ikut nangis. Tapi mama bilang, asalakan demi masa depan kamu, semuanya mama dukung. Pada saat itu, ayah gak ngasih, katanya jauh, jadi enggak usah ikut lah kata ayah, tapi kata mama udah lulus juga kok, mau gimana lagi,” cerita Ninda.
Dibalik kesedihan Ninda tersebut, dirinya sempat merasa senang tatkala diperjalanan menuju asrama Pemali, namun kebahagiaan itu hanya sesaat, dikala Ia telah tiba di asrama.
“Pada saat di Bandara, mama seperti berat untuk melepaskan keberangkatan saya, lalu saya bilang, Ma, saya akan wujudkan cita-cita saya. Diperjalanan, saya merasa senang karena bakal tinggal di asrama, enggak sedikitpun ada rasa sedih. Namun, setelah tiba di asrama, saya merasa kesepian dan teringat akan rumah dan kampung halaman, disitu saya ngerasa sedih dan nangis, karena jauh dari mereka,” ucapnya.
Dirinya harus belajar beradaptasi dengan lingkungan yang baru, meski masih terasa nuansa kangen rumah dirinya terus menguatkan agar bisa mencapai cita-citanya.
“Saya curhat ke mama mau pulang, lalu mama bilang, enggak ak apa-apa di sana saja, demi masa depan kamu, katanya mau jadi Dokter, kamu tenang aja, semua akan berjalan seperti biasa kok,” ceritanya.
Dirinya kembali termotivasi setelah mendengarkan nasihat dari sang Ibu, semangatnya semakin membara untuk meraih cita-citanya sebagai dokter.
