Dorong Prestasi Atlet, PT TIMAH Tbk Dukung Kejuaraan Wushu Tingkat Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung

PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM — PT TIMAH Tbk berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kemajuan olahraga di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satunya mendukung Kejuaraan Wushu tingkat Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang berlangsung pada 29–30 November 2025. PT TIMAH Tbk memberi dukungan berupa fasilitas aset perusahaan sebagai venue pertandingan.

 

Kejuaraan yang berlangsung selama 2 hari ini disambut antusias para atlet wushu dari berbagai wilayah di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, sebanyak 128 peserta dari lima kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Kep. Bangka belitung ambil bagian dalam kejuaran yang mempertandingkan 38 nomor pertandingan.

Ketua Panitia Pelaksana, Ihdina Yulia Wardhani dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kejuaraan wushu ini adalah bagian dari persiapan para atlet untuk mengikuti Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.

 

“Kejuaraan Wushu tingkat provinsi ini dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari program persiapan para atlet untuk mengikuti Pekan Olahraga Provinsi Babel di tahun 2026 dan kejuaraan lainnya, serta mengembangkan pembinaan atlet wushu yang ada di Provinsi Babel,” ujarnya.

 

Ihdina juga menambahkan bahwa kejuaraan Wushu ini dapat membentuk generasi muda yang sehat, berkualitas, dan berprestasi.

 

“Terselenggaranya kejuaraan ini tidak lain dan tidak bukan untuk membentuk generasi muda yang sehat dan berprestasi. Selain itu juga untuk memperkenalkan olahraga Wushu kepada masyarakat yang ada di Provinsi Babel. Kami juga berterima kasih untuk PT TIMAH yang telah memfasilitasi GOR untuk penyelenggaraan kejuaraan ini,” tambahnya.

 

Sementara itu, Wakil Ketua Pengurus Provinsi Wushu Kep. Bangka Belitung Dr. Rio Armada mengapresiasi PT TIMAH Tbk yang telah mendukung pelaksanaan Kejuaraan Wushu Provinsi Kep. Bangka Belitung.

 

“Kami bersyukur kejuaraan ini dapat terlaksana dan berterima kasih kepada seluruh pihak, khususnya PT TIMAH Tbk yang telah memberikan dukungan besar bagi penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini. Wushu terus berkembang di Bangka Belitung, dan kami berharap sinergi dengan berbagai instansi semakin memperkuat pembinaan atlet di masa depan,” ucapnya.
