PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Pejabat (Pj) Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Dra. Lusje Anneke Tabalujan, M.Pd, menghadiri acara Rapat Paripurna Kedua Belas Masa Persidangan II Tahun 2024 Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Pangkalpinang, di Ruang Sidang DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang, Senin (4/3/2024).
Rapat Paripurna tersebut dalam rangka penyampaian dan penjelasan Pj Wako Lusje terhadap 3 Raperda yang diajukan.
Adapun 3 Raperda yang diajukan oleh Pemkot Pangkalpinang kepada DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang, terdiri dari:
1. Raperda tentang registrasi surat tanah;
2. Raperda tentang penyelenggaraan kota layak anak; dan
3. Raperda tentang perubahan kedua atas Perda Kota Pangkalpinang nomor 13 tahun 2016 tentang penyelenggaraan perhubungan di Kota Pangkalpinang
Pj Wako Lusje mengatakan bahwa usulan 3 Raperda yang diajukan Pemkot Pangkalpinang disetujui oleh ketujuh fraksi DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang.
“Alhamdulillah ketujuh fraksi DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang semuanya menyetujui Raperda yang kami ajukan,” ucapnya.
Selanjutnya kita akan melakukan pembahasan dan menjawab beberapa pertanyaan yang diajukan para fraksi.
“Mudah-mudahan mulus dan kemudian bisa ditetapkan menjadi Perda,” ujarnya.
Berikut penjelasan Pj Wako Lusje terhadap 3 Raperda
Raperda tentang registrasi surat tanah dimana tertib administrasi pertanahan merupakan upaya memperlancar setiap usaha dari masyarakat yang menyangkut tanah terutama dengan pbangunan yang memerlukan sumber informasi bagi yang memerlukan tanah sebagai sumber daya, uang dan modal.
Raperda tentang penyelenggaraan kota layak anak. Sesuai didalam ketentuan pasal 28 B ayat 2 UUD Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, menyatakan bahwa “Setiap anak berhak atas kelangsungan hidup, tumbuh dan berkembang serta berhak atas perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi”. Anak itu punya hak hidup dan dilindungi maka dari itu harus kita atur dengan Perda.
Kemudian Raperda tentang perubahan kedua atas Perda Kota Pangkalpinang Nomor 13 tahun 2016 tentang penyelenggaraan perhubungan di Kota Pangkalpinang. Hal ini perlu dilakukan dikarenakan struktur jalan yang sempit, yang akan membuat kemacetan dan kerawanan kecelakaan lalu lintas pada jalan-jalan di Kota Pangkalpinang. Oleh karena itu pentingnya analisis dampak lalu lintas pada suatu pembangunan sangat mempengaruhi perekonomian dan investasi pada suatu daerah. (Yuko)
