PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Badan Pengwas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kota Pangkalpinang mengungkapkan dengan adanya laporan dan temuan dugaan pelanggaran kampanye. Muncul pemikiran negatif pun sudah disematkan kepada Bawaslu ini meski proses laporan dan temuan masih dalam proses tindaklanjut.
Berdasarkan hasil rapat pleno Bawaslu Kota Pangkalpinang, Jumat (9/2/2024). Hasil klarifikasi terungkap sudah seperti apa hasil temuan dan laporan dugaan pelanggaran dalam kampaye yang masuk.
Ketua Bawaslu, Imam Ghozali bersama Wahyu Saputra, Divisi Hukum, Pencegahan, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Humas (HP2H) Bawaslu Kota Pangkalpinang serta Dian Bastari, Divisi Penanganan Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa Bawaslu Kota Pangkalpinang, Dian Bastari sudah memutuskan memberikan rekomendasi hasil kajian ke KASN.
“Temuan dan laporan sudah kami kaji dan plenokan. Untuk temuan itu penggunaan mobil dinas saat kampanye dan laporan terkait beredarnya video ajakan memilih salah satu caleg oleh Camat di Pangkalpinang,” jelas Imam Ghozali.
Dari hasil pleno katanya rekomendasi akan disampaikan ke KASN. Untuk itu laporan dan temuan yang sudah teregistrasi ini sudah ditindaklanjuti sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan yang ada.
“Rekomendasi kami masuk pada dugaan pelanggaran perundangan lainnya, yaitu netralitas ASN dan kita rekomendasikan ke KASN. Penanganan itu di KASN nantinya,” tuturnya.
Sementara, Wahyu menjabarkan Camat di Pangkalpinang masuk pada perundangan lainnya karena membagikan konten video dan hal ini juga diakui setelah melakukan klarifikasi. Meski dia juga mengakui bahwa ponsel miliknya terkena hack atau hal lain sebagainya. Kemudian, temuan dugaan pelanggaran kampanye fasilitas mobil dinas bus sekolah ini juga masuk pads dugaan netralitas ASN.
“Hasil kajian kami, ada ketidaksesuaian SOP yang diberikan oleh atasan langsung. Dalam konteks mobil dinas kades, tidak ditemukan unsur jadi kita hentikan. Hal ini bersamaan, jadi kita merekomendasikan dua hal yakni camat dan penggunaan mobil dinas dalam konteks perizinan milik Pemkab. Bangka Tengah,” ungkapnya
