PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Dinas DANREM dipastikan akan molor dari jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Dana Rp. 1.230.775.000 hanya untuk dinding dan atas saja.
Berdasarkan data-data yang dikumpulkan dilapangan proyek pembangunan rumdin Danrem ini, kontraknya sudah ditandatangini sejak 18 Agustus 2023 lalu dan diselesaikan selama 130 hari kalender dengan nomor kontrak 600/008/Kontrak-Danrem/DPUPRPRKP/2023.
Proyek rumah dinas Danrem ini dengan nilai kontrak Rp. 1.230.775.000 dikerjakan oleh CV. Selindan Karya Utama dan konsultan pengawasan CV. Nadien Arsikontama dikomplek perkantoran Gubernur Babel. Tinggal menghitung hari tapi perkerjaan pemasangan dinding luar dan atap belum selesai tapi bahan bangunan sudah dilokasi.
Saat awak media meninjau dilokasi tampak seorang laki-laki memakai batik yang menghampiri menjelaskan proyek ini masih tinggal berapa hari lagi dan dipastikan tidak selesai tepat waktu.
“Benar bang, tinggal berapa hari lagi, dipastikan belum selesai perkerjaannya,” ungkapnya tapi tidak mau menyebutkan namanya. Kamis (7/12/2023).
Dia juga mengatakan proyek pembangunan rumah dinas Danrem ini menelan biaya sekirar 1,2 milyar ini hanya untuk dinding bangunan dan atap saja belum termasuk pintu dan lantai serta catnya.
“1,2 milyar tidak cukup anggarannya, yang kita kerjakan hanya bangunan dan atap saja. Sisanya nanti mungkin tahun depan baru diselesaikan,” tutupnya. (Yuko)
