PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Setelah 4 jam melakukan pemeriksaan disalah satu kediaman WO yang beralamat di Jalan Balai Taman Sari, Kota Pangkalpinang akhirnya Tim Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) Republik Indonesia (RI) sita sebanyak satu koper dan dua dus yang diduga berkas dari CV. BS yang merupakan mitra dari PT. Timah Tbk, Kamis (7/12/2023).
Tim Kejagung RI yang datang dari siang hingga sore telah melakukan penyelidikan dan menyita dokumen-dokumen kabarnya berkaitan dengan aktivitas pertambangan CV. BS.
Awak media yang menunggu hampir 4 jam hanya bisa melihat Tim Kejagung RI keluar dari kediaman WO. Dalam kesempatan ini tidak ada penahanan terhadap dua orang yang diperiksa. Selanjutnya Tim Kejagung yang mengunakan 4 mobil Inova Reboun pergi meninggalkan awak media yang menunggu dari siang hingga sore.
Tidak ada konfirmasi dari pihak Kejagung RI mengenai apa saja barang yang disita dari kediaman WO dan seperti apa kasus yang sedang diselidiki oleh orang-orang Kejagung RI. Tidak hanya itu saja WO juga Langsung menutup rapat kediamannya.
Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun dilapangan ada dua orang yang bertanggung jawab atas CV. BS, AP dan WO yang diperiksa dan belum ada keterangan jelas apa saja yang ditanyakan dan yang dibawa oleh tim dari Kejagung RI. (Yuko)
