SUNGAILIAT,PERKARANEWS – Direktur Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng.,Ph.D. buka kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi pegawai di Pangkalpinang bertempat di gedung pertemuan Novotel, Rabu (29/11/2023).
Adapun kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi ini diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai dari kalangan Tenaga Pendidikan dan Dosen yang berjumlah kurang lebih 150 peserta.
Tampil sebagai narasumber yaitu Biro SDM Kemendikbudristek Sinta, Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Bangka Belitung Mega Ardiana, S.Sos. dan Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Negara Pangkalpinang, Vika Ratna Sari.
Direktur Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng.,Ph.D. menjelaskan, tujuan kegiatan ini demi meningkatkan motivasi pegawai dalam mendukung aktivitas pekerjaan di lembaga Pendidikan dengan mencangkup pelatihan Penyusunan Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP), Pelatihan Pengelolaan Dokumen dan Pelatihan Pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman ilmu maupun wawasan terhadap beberapa sektor pelayanan internal maupun eksternal supaya mempunyai kemampuan berinovasi, kreatif, kemampuan IT dan kemampuan interpersonal,” imbuhnya.
“Saya mengucapkan. Terimakasih kepada seluruh pegawai yang hadir disini terutama tenaga pendidikan bisa meningkatkan motivasi didalam pekerjaan yang harus sama-sama kita perbaiki dimasa yang akan datang,”harap Direktur Polman Babel I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng.,Ph.D.
Ia juga menambahkan diwaktu yang sama dalam kegiatan ini para dosen Polman Babel juga mempersiapkan untuk Akreditasi 2 prodi D-IV Teknik mesin dan Manufaktur dari jurusan Teknik Mesin dan D-III Teknik Perawatan dan Perbaikan Mesin (TPPM) maupun D-IV Teknik Elektronik (TE) dari jurusan Elektronika, yang dibantu oleh Tenaga Pendidikan agar dapat memperoleh Akreditasi yang unggul,” ungkapnya.
