KPK Pantau Investasi Telkomsel ke GOTO

JAKARTA.- Perkaranews.com , Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengaku mengawasi langkah investasi yang dilakukan PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel) ke PT Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).

Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK Karyoto mengatakan Direktorat Monitoring KPK sudah melakukan pemantauan terhadap proses investasi dari perusahaan telekomunikasi, kepada raksasa aplikasi itu. “Ya mereka kan,- Tim Monitoring KPK-, proaktif juga kalau melihat hal yang sedang muncul pemberitaan di masyarakat mereka proaktif juga,” kata Karyoto di Gedung KPK, dikutip Selasa (29/11/2022).

Karyoto menerangkan proses pemantauan atau monitoring ini bertujuan untuk pencegahan korupsi terkait proses investasi ini. Jika ditemukan adanya dugaan perbuatan pidana dalam investasi senilai triliunan itu, maka akan langsung dilakukan gelar perkara.

“Ya kalau monitoring itu punya tugas untuk pencegahan kedepan, untuk dia ditelisik ada pidananya langsung deputi pencegahan minta ke pimpinan, ekspose, kami (Kedeputian penindakan) dihadirkan. Jadi potong prosedur harusnya misalnya lapor dari PLPN, ini langsung dari pencegahan.” imbuhnya.

“Karena pencegahan dari monitoring itulah punya daya cari terhadap tindak pidana tindak pidana yang terjadi di masyarakat,” papar Karyoto.

Dalam catatan di lapangan terungkap, alur penanganan perkara di KPK bermula dari pengaduan masyarakat. Setelah itu KPK akan melakukan pengumpulan bukti dan keterangan atau pulbaket. Kemudian mereka akan melakukan gelar perkara untuk menentukan apakah kasus itu memiliki indikasi pidana atau tidak.

Seperti diketahui, Telkomsel memiliki saham GOTO senilai US$ 450 juta atau setara dengan Rp 6,4 triliun pada November 2020. Nilai investasi itu setara dengan 23,7 miliar saham GOTO.

Sebagai informasi, Investasi yang dilakukan PT Telkomsel ke PT GoTo ini pernah jadi sorotan DPR. Langkah ini dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerugian di perusahaan pelat merah tersebut. (***)
