JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat kembali menggelar sidang dugaan kasus peredaran narkoba di dalam lapas dengan terdakwa artis Ammar Zoni dan beberapa terdakwa lainnya. Sidang kali ini beragendakan pembacaan putusan sela oleh majelis hakim, Kamis (27/11/2025).
Majelis hakim menolak nota keberatan yang diajukan terdakwa kasus penjualan narkotika di Rutan Salemba, Muhammad Amar Akbar atau Ammar Zoni dkk. Hakim menyatakan materi keberatan yang disampaikan tim kuasa hukum Ammar dkk masuk pokok perkara.
“Mengadili, satu, menyatakan keberatan dari Terdakwa I Asep bin Sarikin, Terdakwa II Ardian Prasetyo bin Arie Ardih, Terdakwa III Andi Muallim alias Koh Andi, Terdakwa IV Ade Candra Maulana bin Mursalih, Terdakwa V Muhammad Rivaldi, Terdakwa VI Muhammad Amar Akbar tersebut tidak diterima,” ujar ketua majelis hakim Dwi Elyarahma Sulistiyowati saat membacakan putusan sela
Hakim menyatakan dalil keberatan nebis in idem Ammar tidak diterima karena perkara narkotika Ammar sebelumnya diadili di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Barat di tahun yang berbeda dengan perkara ini. Hakim menyatakan surat dakwaan jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) sudah memenuhi syarat formil dan materiil.
Hakim menyatakan surat dakwaan jaksa telah menguraikan dugaan perbuatan pidana yang dilakukan Ammar. Hakim memerintahkan jaksa menghadirkan saksi untuk membuktikan dakwaannya dalam sidang selanjutnya.
“Memerintahkan Penuntut Umum untuk melanjutkan pemeriksaan perkara nomor 632/Pid.Sus/2025/PN Jkt. Pst atas nama Terdakwa I Asep bin Sarikin, Terdakwa II Ardian Prasetyo bin Arie Ardih, Terdakwa III Andi Muallim alias Koh Andi, Terdakwa IV Ade Candra Maulana bin Mursalih, Terdakwa V Muhammad Rivaldi, Terdakwa VI Muhammad Amar Akbar tersebut di atas,” ujar hakim dalam sidang.
Kuasa hukum terdakwa, Devita Damayana, menyampaikan bahwa majelis hakim menolak sebagian eksepsi yang diajukan oleh tim pembela, namun mengabulkan permohonan agar sidang dilanjutkan secara offline. Dengan demikian, pada sidang-sidang berikutnya, para terdakwa akan dihadirkan langsung di ruang persidangan.
“Kami mendampingi lima terdakwa, yaitu Asep, Ardian Prasetyo, Andi Mualim, Ade Candra Maulana, dan Muhammad Rivaldi. Untuk hari ini, kami sudah mendengar putusan sela. Memang eksepsi kami tidak diterima, tetapi ada satu poin yang dikabulkan majelis hakim, yaitu permohonan agar sidang dilaksanakan secara offline,” ujar Devita Damayana kepada wartawan usai persidangan.
Lebih lanjut, Devita menjelaskan bahwa majelis hakim telah menetapkan tahap berikutnya sebagai sidang pembuktian yang juga akan dilakukan secara tatap muka di ruang sidang. Namun, hingga kini tim kuasa hukum masih menunggu informasi resmi mengenai agenda dan jadwal pasti sidang berikutnya.
“Untuk agenda berikutnya kami belum mendapatkan informasi. Yang ditetapkan hari ini untuk sidang selanjutnya akan digelar secara offline. Kami juga masih mempersiapkan saksi-saksi yang dapat meringankan para terdakwa,” jelasnya.
Dengan keputusan sela ini, perkara Ammar Zoni dan rekan-rekannya akan berlanjut ke tahap pembuktian. Tim kuasa hukum menyatakan siap menghadapi proses persidangan berikutnya serta berharap kehadiran langsung para terdakwa di ruang sidang dapat memberikan transparansi dan kejelasan dalam proses hukum yang sedang berjalan.
