Pegawai Polman Negeri Babel Dilantik sebagai PPPK

BANGKA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Sudah lama dinantikan oleh para pegawai, akhirnya waktu bersejarah itu tiba. Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) resmi melantik 28 pegawai Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di bawah naungan Kemendikbudristek, berdasarkan surat keputusan nomor 1216/PL28/HM.00.08/2025.

 

Suasana haru dan rasa syukur menyelimuti Gedung Kuliah Bersama (GKB) saat pelantikan berlangsung, Jumat (17/10/2025). Setelah bertahun-tahun mengabdi, para tenaga kependidikan dan dosen yang rata-rata telah bekerja lebih dari sepuluh tahun akhirnya resmi dilantik sebagai pegawai PPPK.

Dalam sambutannya, Direktur Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng., Ph.D., menyampaikan pentingnya tanggung jawab dan integritas dalam bekerja. Setiap pegawai harus amanah, bekerja dengan kinerja terbaik, dan memanfaatkan waktu sebaik-baiknya. Segala fasilitas negara harus dijaga, jangan sampai digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi,” tegasnya.

 

Lebih lanjut, I Made menambahkan kerja sama dan rasa saling percaya menjadi kunci utama dalam menjalankan amanah. Jika satu pegawai saja tidak melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, maka semuanya akan merasakan dampaknya. Kita ini seperti roda yang berputar, harus saling menopang agar tetap berjalan,” terangnya.

 

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, ia juga mengingatkan dana operasional yang digunakan kampus, termasuk gaji pegawai, bersumber dari uang rakyat.

 

“Uang pemerintah ini berasal dari daerah dan masyarakat, termasuk dari 280 juta rakyat Indonesia. Maka, mari kita bekerja dengan penuh tanggung jawab untuk memberikan manfaat kembali kepada mereka,” pesannya.

 

Sebelum menutup sambutannya, Direktur Polman Babel menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada seluruh pegawai yang baru saja dilantik. Ia berharap semangat baru yang lahir dari pelantikan ini menjadi energi positif bagi kemajuan institusi.

 

“Selamat kepada seluruh pegawai yang hari ini resmi dilantik. Jadikan momentum ini sebagai langkah awal untuk berkontribusi lebih besar dalam pengembangan Polman Babel,” ucap I Made.

 

Sementara itu, salah satu dosen yang turut dilantik, Zulfitriyanto, tak bisa menyembunyikan rasa harunya. Ia mengaku bahagia karena akhirnya penantian panjangnya membuahkan hasil. Saya sudah menunggu kesempatan ini cukup lama. Rasanya luar biasa bisa sampai di titik ini,” ungkapnya.

 

Zulfitriyanto yang dikenal sebagai salah satu dosen senior di Polman Babel bercerita bahwa dirinya merupakan bagian dari angkatan pertama alumni Polman Timah, jauh sebelum kampus tersebut bertransformasi menjadi Polman Negeri Babel.

 

“Dulu saya kuliah di Polman Timah. Setelah lulus, saya mengabdi di sini dan kini resmi menjadi PPPK. Ini adalah bentuk cinta saya terhadap kampus ini,” tuturnya.

 

Tak sampai disitu, pegawai tenaga pendiidikan Ayu Listiana mengatakan Alhamdulillah, saya sangat bersyukur atas amanah ini. Pelantikan hari ini menjadi awal baru untuk berkontribusi lebih baik bagi kampus Polman Babel dan berharap bisa menjalankan tugas dengan profesional, bertanggung jawab, dan terus belajar agar dapat memberikan hasil kerja yang maksimal,” pungkasnya.
