JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Dewan Pimpinan Pusat Corruption Investigation Commiittee (CIC) mendesak Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin segera mencopot Samhori Ade dari jabatan Kasidik Pidsus Kejaksaan Tinggi Bangka Belitung (Kajati Babel). Pencopotan diduga terkait kasus dugaan perampasan 3 unit mobil milik masyarakat, yang tidak ada terkaitan dengan kasus Rian Susanto alias A Fung.
Sanksi Hukum Buat Samhori Ade Disorot CIC Hukum Tajam ke Lawan, Tumpul ke Kejaksaan
CIC menilai,polemik penegakan hukum kembali mencuat setelah laporan CIC terhadap Jaksa Nakal Kasidik Pidsus Kajati Babel,sampai saat ini sanksi hukum belum juga diberikan oleh Jamwas Kejaksaan Aguung,dimana laporan tersebut Samhori Ade telah merampas 3 unit mobil yang tidak ada kaitan dengan kasus yang bergulir.Bukti bukti telah di Berikan. Lembaga CIC pegiat anti korupsi menilai penegakan hukum di tubuh Kejaksaan Agung itu mencerminkan ketimpangan perlakuan hukum di institusi penegak hukum sendiri.
Sekretaris Jenderal DPP CIC DJ Sembiring menegaskan,”Ini jaksa disebut telah merampas hak orang lain,namun hingga kini belum diproses,padahal laporan CIC sudah masuk ke Jamwas Kejagung,namun Jamwas Kejagung Rudi Margono belum memproses laporan CIC tersebut, sementara kasus ini sudah berguli sejak tahun 2024,jelas ini menjadi pertanyaan besar bagi CIC maupun publik,ada apa dengan “Jamwas” Kejaksaan Agung,” tegas Sekjen DPP CIC DJ Sembiring kepada wartawan Jumat (10/10/2025) di Gedung Bundar Kejagung RI Jakarta.
Menurut DJ Sembiring, kasus ini memperlihatkan bahwa sanksi hukum seolah “tumpul ke dalam, tajam ke luar”. Ia menilai Kejaksaan terkesan melindungi pejabatnya sendiri meskipun kasus dugaan perampasan serta menyalagunakan jabatan kasidik pidsus Kajati Babel yang menyeret nama Samhori Ade.
“Kalau begini, bagaimana publik bisa percaya bahwa hukum ditegakkan tanpa pandang bulu?” sindirnya.
CIC mempertayakan Bernyalikah Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin melalui Jamwas Kejagung Rudi Margono mengambil langkah tegas terhadap Jaksa yang merusak citra nama besar Kejaksaan Agung.Masyarakat ingin bukti bukan slogan.
” CIC akan terus mendesak Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin agar segera mengadili Samhori Ade,atau pemecatan,agar jadi contoh di Kajati Babel, agar tidak ada lagi jaksa jaksa nakal yang menyalahgunakan jabatan atau jual perkara dan main proyek,” pungkas DJ Sembiring. (Yuko)
