Komisi I DPRD Babel Konsultasi ke KPI Pusat Bahas Mekanisme Seleksi Komisioner KPID

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS.COM – Komisi I lDPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung melakukan konsultasi ke Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia (KPI) Pusat, Jumat (17/10/2025).

Konsultasi ini bertujuan untuk membahas mekanisme dan tahapan seleksi Komisioner Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah (KPID) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, yang dalam waktu dekat akan segera dilaksanakan oleh DPRD Babel.

Ketua Komisi I DPRD Babel, Pahlivi menjelaskan bahwa langkah konsultasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya lembaganya untuk memastikan seluruh proses seleksi KPID Babel berjalan transparan, profesional, dan sesuai regulasi.

Menurutnya, seleksi komisioner KPID bukan hanya sekadar proses administratif, tetapi juga menyangkut integritas dan kredibilitas lembaga penyiaran publik di daerah.

“KPID merupakan mitra strategis dalam menjaga kualitas isi siaran di daerah, sekaligus menjadi perpanjangan tangan KPI Pusat dalam memastikan prinsip keberagaman, independensi, dan tanggung jawab sosial di dunia penyiaran. Karena itu, seleksi komisioner harus dilakukan dengan cermat,” jelas Pahlivi.

Lebih lanjut, Pahlivi menegaskan bahwa Komisi I DPRD Babel berkomitmen untuk menjalankan seluruh proses seleksi dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan keterbukaan kepada publik. Pihaknya akan memastikan masyarakat mendapatkan akses informasi yang cukup terkait tahapan seleksi, mulai dari pengumuman pendaftaran, jadwal seleksi, hingga hasil akhir yang akan disampaikan secara terbuka.

“Kami ingin proses ini menjadi contoh pelaksanaan seleksi yang baik, akuntabel, dan berorientasi pada kualitas. DPRD Babel berkomitmen untuk melahirkan komisioner KPID yang mampu menjalankan fungsi pengawasan penyiaran dengan profesional dan independen,” tambahnya.

Pahlivi juga menyampaikan apresiasi atas sambutan hangat yang diberikan oleh pihak KPI Pusat. Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Komisi I DPRD Babel mendapatkan banyak arahan dan penjelasan teknis yang bermanfaat untuk pelaksanaan seleksi di tingkat daerah.

“Alhamdulillah kami diterima langsung oleh komisioner KPI Pusat. Banyak hal yang disampaikan dan menjadi pencerahan bagi kami. Kami memiliki harapan dan tujuan yang sama agar KPID Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki para komisioner yang penuh dedikasi dan tanggung jawab dalam membangun serta mengembangkan dunia penyiaran di Babel sebaik-baiknya,” tutup Pahlivi.

Melalui konsultasi ini, DPRD Babel berharap proses seleksi KPID Babel dapat berjalan lebih terarah, objektif, dan menghasilkan komisioner yang berintegritas tinggi, demi kemajuan penyiaran di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.(Yuko)
