JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Persidangan kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik dengan terdakwa selebgram Yokke Hargono kembali digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat Kelas 1A Khusus, Senin (13/10/2025). Kasus ini bermula dari laporan publik figur Fitri Salhuteru, yang menuduh Yokke melakukan pencemaran nama baik di media sosial. Yokke dilaporkan dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (ITE).
Yokke, yang sebelumnya menetap di Amerika Serikat, ditangkap setelah mendarat di Indonesia pada Sabtu, 8 Maret 2025, untuk menghadiri pemanggilan terkait laporan tersebut.
Dalam sidang hari ini, dua saksi dihadirkan oleh pihak terdakwa, yakni Dinar Candy dan pemilik akun media sosial Miss Gosip (bukan nama asli). Keduanya hadir memberikan kesaksian yang dinilai meringankan posisi Yokke.
Penasihat hukum Yokke, Sonny Wuisan, mengatakan bahwa kesaksian dari Dinar Candy membuktikan adanya hubungan pinjam-meminjam uang antara Fitri dan pihak lain, bukan sekadar isu pencemaran nama baik.
“Tadi sudah kita dengarkan kesaksian Dinar Candy. Ia menyebut bahwa benar ada pinjaman dari Fitri Salhuteru sebesar Rp5 miliar, dan yang sudah dikembalikan baru Rp2,5 miliar. Artinya, tantangan atau giveaway yang disebut-sebut itu sebenarnya bisa dibuktikan kebenarannya oleh Yokke,” ujar Sonny usai sidang.
Sonny menambahkan, dari keterangan para saksi, muncul indikasi bahwa kasus ini merupakan jebakan.
“Kalau soal jebakan, biarlah Ibu Intan yang menjelaskan. Tadi di persidangan sudah disampaikan bahwa sayembara atau giveaway itu diadakan untuk menjebak, termasuk Yokke yang kejebak di dalamnya. Karena itu kami mengingatkan publik agar hati-hati, jangan sampai ada korban-korban berikutnya,” tegasnya.
Sonny juga menyoroti pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi dan etika digital, mengingat kasus ini berawal dari aktivitas daring.
Usai sidang, Yokke Hargono kepada awak media menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang masih mendukungnya selama proses hukum berjalan. Ia mengaku tetap tegar meski merasa dikriminalisasi.
“Selama tujuh bulan ini saya masih banyak teman, keluarga, dan kerabat yang men-support saya, terutama pengacara saya, Doktif, Miss Gosip, dan teman-teman lainnya. Tadi juga ada Dinar Candy datang mendukung. Saya merasa di sini saya dijebak dan dikriminalisasi, tapi saya tetap kuat berjuang. Mohon doa yang terbaik dari teman-teman semua,” kata Yokke dengan mata berkaca-kaca.
Sementara itu, pernyataan senada juga disampaikan oleh penasihat hukum lainnya, Maruli, yang menilai bahwa kesaksian kedua saksi membuka fakta baru dalam perkara ini.
“Sidang hari ini sangat penting. Dua saksi, yaitu Dinar Candy dan Miss Gosip, sudah memberikan keterangan yang menjelaskan adanya unsur jebakan terhadap klien kami, Yokke Hargono,” tutur Maruli.
Ia menambahkan bahwa temuan di persidangan seharusnya menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam perkara ini.
“Dari pengakuan Dinar Candy, ada hutang Rp5 miliar, yang baru dikembalikan Rp2,5 miliar. Ini menjadi bukti bahwa persoalan yang dipersoalkan bukan pencemaran nama baik, tapi persoalan keuangan dan itikad. Kalau itu jebakan, berarti ada niat tidak baik dari pihak tertentu. Mari kita tunggu penilaian majelis hakim,” pungkas Maruli.
Sidang akan dilanjutkan dengan agenda tuntutan dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) pada pekan depan. Tim kuasa hukum Yokke berharap majelis hakim mempertimbangkan seluruh fakta persidangan yang menunjukkan bahwa kasus ini lebih bersifat jebakan digital daripada tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik. (Yuko)
