Mantan Kepala BPOM Bandung Terbukti Bersalah, Hakim Vonis 4 Tahun Penjara

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Kasus korupsi yang menyeret mantan Kepala BPOM Bandung, Sukriadi Darma (SD), menghadapi putusan hakim. Terdakwa yang duduk di kursi pesakitan ini didakwa melakukan pemerasan dan gratifikasi senilai Rp 3,49 miliar terhadap Direktur PT Anugrah Original Bionature Indonesia (AOBI), Victor Kusumareja.

 

Kasus ini bermula dari praktik pemerasan yang dilakukan Sukriadi sepanjang 2021–2023 untuk mengurus sidang PT AOBI di BPOM. Nomor perkara yang menjeratnya adalah 47/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025 PN.Jkt Pst.

Pada persidangan sebelumnya, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menuntut Sukriadi dengan tuntutan 6 tahun penjara, serta membayar denda Rp300 juta, subsider 3 bulan penjara. Lebih mengejutkan lagi, menurut JPU, sebagian hasil pemerasan itu dipakai untuk biaya berangkat haji.

 

“Menyatakan Terdakwa secara sah dan meyakinkan terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi pemerasan, sebagaimana Pasal 12 huruf e UU Tipikor,” tegas JPU dalam persidangan di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Rabu (13/8/2025) lalu.

 

Dalam amar putusan Majelis Hakim yang diketuai Eryusman, SH, MH berbeda. Hakim menjatuhkan vonis Terdakwa Sukriadi Dharma 4 tahun penjara ditambah denda Rp300 juta subsider 3 bulan kurungan.

 

“Menyatakan Terdakwa secara sah dan meyakinkan terbukti bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi. Menjatuhkan terdakwa dengan hukuman 4 tahun penjara, serta membayar denda Rp300 juta, dan apabila terdakwa tidak membayar, maka akan ditambah hukuman penjara selama 3 bulan penjara,” tegas Hakim Ketua.
