BANGKA TENGAH,PERKARANEWS.COM– Warga Desa Mesu Timur, Bangka Tengah, dikejutkan oleh ledakan dahsyat yang diduga berasal dari aktivitas peledakan batu oleh PT TBN, sebuah perusahaan Tiongkok. Kamis,(31/7)
Ledakan yang menggunakan 1 ton bahan peledak tersebut mengakibatkan rumah-rumah warga retak, kaca pecah, dan membuat warga berhamburan keluar karena ketakutan.
“Astaghfirullahaladzim, ya Allah, gentar! Jadi, laptop yang keluar-keluar ngangkat di atas ya. Ya Allah, kaca sama anak-anak sampai macam enggak menentu, ya Allah,” ungkap seorang warga Mesu Timur yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
Warga setempat mengungkapkan bahwa getaran ledakan begitu kuat hingga membuat mereka panik dan khawatir akan keselamatan anak-anak mereka. Warga juga menunjukkan kondisi rumah mereka yang mengalami keretakan di dinding dan kaca jendela yang pecah.
Pihak perusahaan, PT TBN, memberikan penjelasan terkait ledakan tersebut. Mereka mengakui menggunakan 1 ton bahan peledak dengan kedalaman 18 meter.
“18 meter kedalaman, kita pakai bahan peledak 1 ton. Ini pakai kuat. 40 karung ya, kan lagi 18 meter waktunya. Kita pakai delay, detonatornya kita pakai di 3 delay, delay 10, sama 13, 14. Untuk dinamitnya kita pakai di 0,3, kita pakai dinamitnya di 3-3, 3 batang-3 batang,” jelas perwakilan perusahaan.
Menurut mereka, kuatnya getaran dan suara ledakan disebabkan oleh kedalaman peledakan yang mencapai 18 meter.

Meskipun pihak perusahaan memberikan penjelasan teknis, warga tetap memprotes dampak yang ditimbulkan. Salah satu warga mengungkapkan kekhawatirannya.
“Oke, Pak. Sekarang Bapak umum di atas, enggak masalah. Sekarang saya minta di bawah ini sudah meretakkan. Kedalaman berapa? Tolong diintikan di bawah. Posisi yang di sini itu mengganggu keluarga, sebab korban saya anak saya mati,” ujarnya dengan nada emosional, menunjukkan betapa parahnya dampak ledakan tersebut bagi keluarga mereka.
