PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polresta Pangkalpinang menetapkan Surya Hafidiansyah Putra, seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), sebagai tersangka dalam kasus pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial. Penetapan ini dilakukan setelah penyidik menemukan bukti kuat keterlibatan Surya dalam kasus yang melibatkan tersangka lain, Trie Lius Putri (26).
Kapolresta Pangkalpinang, Kombes Pol Gatot Yulianto, mengonfirmasi penetapan tersangka tersebut pada Selasa (11/3/2025).
“Iya, kemarin kita tetapkan sebagai tersangka Surya Hafidiansyah Putra. Dia statusnya ASN dan hari ini kita lakukan pemanggilan sebagai tersangka. Sebelumnya, sudah kita panggil sebagai saksi saja,” kata Kombes Pol Gatot Yulianto.
Menurut Kombes Pol Gatot, Surya diduga berperan sebagai pihak yang menyuruh dan mengarahkan Trie Lius Putri untuk membuat serta mengunggah konten pencemaran nama baik melalui akun TikTok “Anak Muda O Pos”.
“Dia ini berperan orang yang menyuruh dan mengarahkan tersangka Trie, untuk membuat konten-konten pencemaran nama baik atau penghinaan. Kemudian, menyuruh tersangka Trie mengupload ke medsos tiktok,” ujarnya.
Penyidik masih mendalami motif di balik tindakan Surya.
“Untuk motif kita belum paham betul ya karena baru keterangan dari tersangka Trie, nanti kita akan memeriksa juga dan meminta keterangan dari tersangka Surya,” terang Kombes Pol Gatot.
Terkait dugaan adanya persaingan antara pelapor dan terlapor, Kombes Pol Gatot belum memberikan keterangan detail.
“Dugaan mengarah kesitu, tapi kita masih dalami lagi ya dan nanti kalau tersangka Surya sudah memenuhi panggilan sebagai tersangka baru kita tahu motif sebenarnya apa,” jelasnya.
Kombes Pol Gatot menegaskan bahwa pihaknya akan memproses kasus ini hingga tuntas.
“Tetap kami tegak lurus, kita tuntaskan masalah ini hingga selesai dan apabila nanti kedua belah pihak damai atau apa itu hak mereka,” tegasnya.(Yuko/Rils)
