BANGKA,PERKARANEWS.COM– TNI Angkatan Laut (TNI AL) Bangka Belitung (Babel) kembali menggagalkan upaya penyelundupan timah ilegal dalam jumlah besar. Kali ini, sebanyak 20 ton pasir timah diduga ilegal berhasil diamankan di Markas Komando Pangkalan TNI AL (Mako Lanal) Belinyu pada Kamis (6/2) dini hari.
Informasi yang dihimpun dari sumber internal menyebutkan bahwa penangkapan dilakukan sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB.
“Tadi malam sekitar jam 2 pagi ada penangkapan pengiriman pasir timah ilegal oleh TNI AL, sekarang barang bukti diamankan di DanLanal Babel,” ungkap sumber tersebut.
Namun, yang menarik perhatian adalah adanya dugaan keterlibatan oknum anggota Aparat yang bermarkas Sungailiat dalam aksi penyelundupan ini.
“Kabarnya, pengiriman tersebut dikawal dari oknum dari Aparat yang bermarkas di Sungailiat . Abang cek langsung ke pak komandan untuk kejelasaannya,” lanjut sumber.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak Lanal Babel belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait penangkapan ini. PAW Penerangan Lanal Babel, Lettu Roy, yang dikonfirmasi oleh awak media, juga belum memberikan respons.
