PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Festival Serumpun Pangkalpinang 2 yang digelar dalam rangka menyemarakkan Hari Jadi Pangkalpinang ke-267 resmi dibuka oleh Sekda Kota Pangkalpinang, Mie Go, di Alun-alun Taman Merdeka, Jumat (6/9/2024).
Mie Go menyampaikan Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang mengapresiasi Dinas Pariwisata atas terlaksananya kegiatan ini. Kota kreatif adalah salah satu strategi baru dalam perencanaan kota dimana orang-orang daoat berpikir, merencanakan dan bertindak secara kreatif.
“Kota tidak bisa hanya mengandalkan insentif ekonomi dari pusat, tapi kota harus mampu menghasilkan pendapatan sendiri berdasarkan kreativitas dari dalam kota itu sendiri. Salah satunya membuat kota lebih atraktif,” kata Mie Go.
Ekonomi kreatif, lanjut Mie Go, menjadi salah satu fokus pengembangan ekonomi bagu Pemkot Pangkalpinang. Terdaoat 17 subsektor dalam ekonomi kreatif diantaranya kuliner, fashion, seni rupa, aplikasi dan lain-lainnya.
“Kami berharap kegiatan ini adalah sebagai upaya dalam mendukung 17 subsektor tersebut, karena keberadaan mereka besar artinya bagi keberadaan kota kreatif, ” ucap Mie Go.
Dia berharap kolaborasi yang solid dari pemerintan dan pelaku SDM ekonomi kreatif untuk mewujudkan apa yang diharapkan bersama.
Kegiatan pembukaan Festival Serumpun 2 dihadiri oleh Analis Kebijakan Ahli Madya Kemenparekraf RI, Pj Ketua TP PKK Kota Pangkalpinang, ketua dan pengurus DWP Pangkalpinang, sejarawan dan budayawan Dato Akhmad Elvian dan sejumlah stakeholder lainnya.(Yuko)
