Sertifikat Tanah Elektronik Resmi Diluncurkan, Pemkab Bangka Tengah Siap Dukung Kebijakan Baru

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah hadir dalam kegiatan launching Sertifikat Tanah Elektronik dan Penyerahan Sertifikat Tanah untuk Rakyat Tahun 2023, bertempat di Aula Graha Timah, Pangkalpinang, Senin (04/12/2023).

Kegiatan ini digelar serentak oleh Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Negara (Kanwil BPN) seluruh Indonesia. Kegiatan ini juga berlangsung secara virtual bersama Presiden Republik Indonesia di Istana Negara.

Dalam hal ini, Presiden Republik Indonesia secara resmi melakukan peluncuran Sertifikat Tanah Elektronik dan menyerahkan 10 Sertifikat Tanah Elektronik secara simbolis dari total 2.550.800 sertifikat yang akan diserahkan.

Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung bersama Kepala Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Negara (Kakanwil BPN) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung beserta Forkopimda, menyerahkan secara simbolis sebanyak 200 sertifikat hak atas tanah, dari total sebanyak 15.080 yang siap diserahkan. Adapun jumlah sertifikat tanah untuk pemilik lahan di Bangka Tengah yang diserahkan secara simbolis dalam kegiatan ini, yakni sebanyak 60 sertifikat dari total 3.515 yang siap diserahkan.

Kakanwil BPN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, I Made Daging mengatakan Kanwil BPN Babel telah melakukan upaya untuk menuntaskan sisa bidang yang belum terdaftar, yakni sebanyak 212.915 bidang.

“Kami di Kanwil BPN Babel sudah menyiapkan roadmap untuk penyelesaian pendaftaran tanah untuk tahun 2023 hingga tahun 2025, di antaranya melalui kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Legkap (PTSL), Redistribusi Tanah, Sertifikasi Hak Atas Tanah Lintas Sektor serta Pelayanan Rutin,” ucap I Made.

Ia berharap seluruh bidang tanah dapat terdaftar secara tuntas di tahun 2025 sebagaimana perintah Presiden RI.

Mewakili Bupati Bangka Tengah, Pittor selaku Asisten Bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat menyampaikan pentingnya keberadaan Sertifikat Hak Atas Tanah.

“Adanya sertifikat hak atas tanah ini nantinya akan menjadikan status kepemilikan lahan menjadi lebih jelas serta menghindari terjadinya konflik agrarian. Saya harap semoga masyarakat peduli dan sadar untuk membuat sertifikat tanahnya,” kata Pittor.

Ia juga menyambut baik dan mendukung penuh kebijakan sertifikat tanah elektronik yang baru saja diluncurkan.

“Kami Pemkab Bangka Tengah menyambut kebijakan ini dengan penuh suka cita, diharapkan dengan berlakunya sertifikat elektronik, dapat menghindari terjadinya kehilangan, pencurian atau kebakaran atas sertifikat. Selain itu, adanya sertifikat elektronik juga memudahkan proses sertifikasi menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif,” ungkap Pittor. (Yuko)
