PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Sah, Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (RAPBD) Tahun Anggaran 2024 disetujui oleh DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung untuk menjadi Peraturan Daerah tentang APBD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung TA 2024.
Keputusan tersebut disampaikan oleh 7 fraksi yakni PDIP, Golkar, PPP, Gerindra, Demokrat, Nasdem, dan PKS dalam Rapat Paripurna DPRD terkait Pengesahan Program Pembetukan Peraturan Daerah (PROPEMPERDA) Tahun Anggaran 2024 dan Rapat Paripurna Pengambilan Keputusan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (RAPBD) Tahun Anggaran 2024 Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung bertempat di Ruang Rapat Paripurna DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Air Itam, Pangkalpinang, Kamis (30/11/2023).
Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Safrizal ZA, menyampaikan penghargaan dan ucapan terima kasih kepada ketua, para wakil ketua dan anggota dewan yang terhormat atas keputusan menyetujui Raperda tersebut.
“Alhamdulillah setelah melalui proses pembahasan di komisi-komisi dan badan anggaran akhirnya dewan yang terhormat telah menyetujui Raperda tentang APBD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung TA 2024 menjadi Peraturan Daerah tentang APBD TA 2024 Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang selanjutkan akan kita ajukan ke Kemendagri untuk di evaluasi dalam tempo yang sesingkat singkatnya,” ujarnya.
Diakuinya dengan adanya pengurangan dana transfer sangat mempengaruhi postur rancangan APBD Tahun Anggaran 2024.
“Sehingga fokus pelaksanaan untuk penanganan stunting, kemiskinan ekstrem dan perlindungan sosial nantinya dapat dibantu dengan melibatkan CSR dan bantuan dari pemerintah,” ungkapnya.
Untuk itu, dirinya berharap agar seluruh kegiatan yang tercantum dalam rancangan APBD ini dapat terlaksana dengan sebaik-baiknya, sebenar benarnya dan secepatnya.
“Terhadap catatan usulan-usulan, saran-saran serta masukan yang telah disampaikan oleh fraksi-fraksi akan kami tindaklanjuti dalam rapat bersama OPD dan saya secara pribadi siap berdiskusi untuk mendapatkan solusi terbaik,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Pj Gubernur Safrizal ZA juga meminta agar semua elemen ikut melakukan pengawasan secara optimal dan proporsional.
“Banyak pihak yang melakukan pengawasan terhadap penggunaan anggaran baik formal maupun fungsional maupun masyarakat, pers dan media. Sehingga penggunaanya dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara terukur dan transparan berdasarkan capaian target kinerja. Hal ini juga menambah semangat bagi kami untuk melaksanakan dengan sebaik baiknya, sebenar benarnya dan secepatnya,” ujarnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Safrizal ZA secara tegas mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya akan melakukan evaluasi pertriwulan.
“Jika pada pelaksanaanya tidak menyentuh langsung pada kepentingan masyarakat, tidak berkenaan dengan indikator dan target maka izinkan kami untuk melakukan perubahan,” pungkasnya.
Terkait catatan mengenai mutasi yang disampaikan oleh fraksi fraksi, Pj Gubernur Safrizal ZA menuturkan akan segera menindaklanjuti dengan memprioritaskan untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang selama ini kosong.
“Saya sudah meminta OPD terkait untuk melist dan mendata jabatan yang kosong sehingga saya selaku Pj dapat mengajukan kepada Mendagri sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Syarat dari saya cuma satu yakni “Berkinerja tinggi”. Saya akan melibatkan akademisi untuk mengevaluasinya,” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
