Mariam Usir Terduga Pedofilia Yang Dikawal Me Hoa

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Anggota Komisi I Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Bangka tengah dari Fraksi Demokrat geram karena merasa tak dihargai oleh Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Me Hoa, S.H., M.H.

Hal ini terjadi saat Rapat Dengar Pendapat kasus dugaan perkosaan anak dibawah umur telah terjadi di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Ironisnya terduga pelaku pedofilia adalah pamannya sendiri, yang terjadi pada 15 Juni 2023 lalu.

“Saya tidak tahu ada RDP yang saya tahu hanya warga bisa yang menyampaikan aspirasi,” ungkap Mariam.

Setelah mendengar ada korban (15) katakanlah bernama bunga (bukan nama sebenarnya red) adalah pelajar salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah.

Sejak menjadi korban kebejatan pamannya sendiri bunga mengalami trauma dan tidak mau lagi tinggal di rumah tempat kejadian dimana kesuciannya direnggut oleh pamannya sendiri.

“Ini yang membuat saya kecewa kenapa saat RDP seperti ini Ibu Ketua mendatangkan terduga pelaku pedofilia, dan sempat saya suruh keluar,” tegasnya.

Mariam juga menjelaskan bagaimana kita mau mencari solusi sejak itu, bunga tidak berani melaporkan kejadian yang menimpa dirinya tersebut ke Polisi, pada 25 Juli 2023 barulah bunga memberanikan diri melaporkan tindakan kekerasan seksual yang menimpa dirinya ke Polres Bangka Tengah.

“Ini masalah yang sangat menjadi perhatian saya sebagai wanita, dan akan memperjuangan hak-hak perempuan,” tutupnya.

Awak media juga menghubungi Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Me Hoa, S.H., M.H. dan menbenarkan ada kesalahan dan dirinya tidak memihak siapa pun.

“Tanggapannya saya mendengarkan semua aspirasi. Saya di tengah. Terlepas itu kesalahan teknis. Saya minta di maklumi karena kesibukan dan lain hal,” tulis Me Hoa.

Setelah melaporkan hal tersebut, bukannya mendapatkan perlindungan, malah ibu kandung korban justru mendapatkan ancaman dan intervensi dari keluarga pelaku untuk mencabut laporan di Kepolisian.

Pihak keluarga pelaku berupaya agar kasus ini tidak masuk keranah hukum karena hal ini dianggap aib bagi keluarga selain itu, keluarga pelaku merasa kasihan terhadap pelaku yang masih memiliki anak dan istri.

Lambannya penanganan perkara kasus dugaan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak dibawah umur ini menjadi perhatian serius dari Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat provinsi Bangka Belitung hingga LSM Perlindungan dan Pemberdayaan Hak-Hak Perempuan (P2H2P) bersama Team Operasional Penyelamatan Aset Negara Republik Indonesia (TOPAN-RI) Provinsi Bangka Belitung turun tangan untuk mempertanyakan perkembangan kasus ini ke Polres Bangka Tengah tepatnya Unit Pelayanan Perempuan dan Anak (PPA), pada Senin (6/11/2023) lalu.

Selain menjadi sorotan pihak LSM kasus ini juga tak luput dari perhatian Me Hoa selaku Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bangka Tengah.

Me Hoa meminta kepada Zubaidah ketua LSM P2H2P untuk mem follow up kasus ini karena Mehoa mendapatkan laporan langsung dari Ibu kandung korban.

Bentuk keseriusan dari Me Hoa terhadap kasus ini dibuktikan dengan diadakannya Rapat Dengar Pendapat yang di inisiasi oleh Me Hoa di kantor DPRD Bangka Tengah, Selasa (27/11/2023) siang.

Sesuai dengan undangan RDP yang diinisiasi oleh Ketua DPRD Bangka Tengah dengan daftar undangan antara lain, Bupati, Pimpinan dan anggota DPRD, Kapolres, Kejari, Ketua LSM Perempuan dan Anak Babel, Kadis Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Anak Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, Kepala Dinas Sosial, Kabag Hukum Sekretariat Daerah, Camat Koba, Keluarga Pihak Terkait dan Media.

Namun ada pemandangan yang tak lazim yaitu hadirnya terduga pelaku perkosaan anak dibawah umur di rapat dengar pendapat di kantor Dewan Bangka Tengah yang diinisiasi oleh Me Hoa.

Muhamad Zen Ketua LSM TOPAN-RI Provinsi Babel hadir mendampingi ibu Zubaidah ketua LSM P2H2P dalam RDP tersebut merasa heran dengan hadirnya terduga pelaku dalam pertemuan tersebut.

“Saya sempat bersuara lantang mempertanyakan kepada Ibu Me Hoa apa maksud Ibu Me Hoa menghadirkan terduga pelaku, istri dan keluarganya dalam pertemuan tersebut, ujar Zen. (Yuko)
